In 1962 my Aunt and Uncle bought me the first Bob Dylan Album, the one with Pretty Peggy-O and Baby Let Me Follow You Down.  I was hooked, in part because I remember thinking, If this guy can sing, maybe there’s hope for me.

Dylan’s recordings (The Basement Tapes) were among my first non-commercially released recordings (we called them bootlegs back then).  Dylan remains one of my fav’s.  Here are a variety of recordings of his.
